Bascinet of the Mendicant King is a Rare helm dropped by The Mendicant King world boss. To summon him, ring the bell in southwest Stroaic. This is a targeted boss fight — defeat him and loot the helm preview from the ground. If the drop does not appear, re-summon on the boss cooldown. Backup: purchase from the community catalog travelling merchant for 245 Dracs when the armour tab is stocked (qty 1 per rotation).
