Read the witch's note on the table in her hut on the east side of central Kairness

步骤
- Read the escaped witch's storm warning in Kairness
- Clear the Sinecure camp northeast of Kairness and take the Cloudquell vial
- Travel to the lightning ruins north-northwest and slay the Discharged Nimrod
- Optional: throw Cloudquell skyward to weaken lightning-charged foes
- Collect Cloudquell from the Sinecure camp table after wiping the camp
- Nimrod stands north-northwest of Kairness in a small lightning ruin
- Agari may despawn until Cloudquell is collected (Avakot trivia)
