Craft the Duelo Ribbon instantly at Tuvalkane in the Nightfold
Equip the Ribbon in Arsenal (Bestitching appearance alone does not count)
Pull phantom weapons from wrecks and complete three Duelo encounters aboard the ghost ship
Earn Navalha fragment and full Duelo pact; unlock ancestor Mestra Carmo at Heedoway
Complete while doing Mirifuir region content to save travel time
Pact unlock is the main reward, not fragment grinding
