Synsylk Grappler is a Common tool dropped by Sinecure soldiers patrolling the Fallen Skytower. Best route: locate the Skytower patrol routes in the Fallen Skytower zone and engage Sinecure soldier mobs — these foes have a chance to drop the grappler. Patrol density can be increased by relogging or zone transitions to refresh spawns. The grappler is used for gliding between Alca's surface and the Skytowers above. No merchant or container source is verified; all acquisition is via foe drops. Verify the exact drop rate in-client as it may vary between patches.
