The Mistgale is a Rare long-blade Utility rune dropped by two Cogah foes: Flayed Reaper and Knell Knight. Best route: target Flayed Reaper in Cogah hard mode — activate the Cogah bell at the Reaper's shrine, then use The Cogah elixir (crafted from Agaric Mushrooms) to enable hard mode for increased drop rates. Knell Knight (Cogah) is an alternate source on the drop table. Neither kill guarantees a Mistgale drop — expect multiple runs. Pair with other rune drops from the same Cogah encounters (The Durglint, The Flitsmoke share foe pools). Community sources confirm both Cogah sources.
