Your most efficient farm for Toe of Ode is Discharged Nimrod, a repeatable Agari encounter with a roughly 30-minute spawn cycle. Rotate through the other Ode-lineage Agari — Etheldred The Weaver, Flayed Reaper, Fore-Feller Hewyl, Gourdo, Gruul Seeker Ruthos and Sontaro — while waiting for Nimrod's cooldown. Sproutfolk kills and the A Hidden Harvest quest also drop Toe of Ode as supplementary sources. If you are already running Agari rotations for other drops, Toe of Ode accumulates naturally as a byproduct.
