Best farm for Alca's Breath: open Ode Chests and Ode Strongboxes scattered across Midrath — these world containers respawn on a cycle and provide the most consistent rune drop rate. Gruul Seeker Ruthos is the only confirmed foe drop in community catalogs; engage him at his Sinecure encampment as a secondary route. Fort Curlail Siege and Turret Jotar Siege also list this rune in their reward tables, making siege rotations a viable third option. Pair chest loops with Ruthos kills for maximum efficiency.
