The Hollowing is a Magick Attack-slot rune that drops exclusively from Wraith of Wastes (Cogah). Unlock Cogah hunting through The Waste Bear fable, ring the Wevetwood bell to enter Cogah mode, then farm the Wraith of Wastes (Cogah) encounter at Sidae's Stake — confirm the (Cogah) nameplate before committing keys.
