The earlier mixed iron/steel bundle, siege relog reset, rack metal preference and most-efficient ranking have not been verified for the current patch. P15 HF13 community transcription says racks always drop resources and are slightly less common; it does not guarantee Scrap Steel, an amount or a respawn interval. The old Avakot listing of 150 Dracs for one Scrap Steel is historical community stock/price data; confirm current availability and price in the client.
