Mestra's Helm drops from Mestra Carmo, the Duelo Mestra Agari encountered on the southern coast of the Salz Sea. The fight has a community-reported cooldown of roughly 2 hours between spawns — after defeating her at the shipwreck site, you can re-engage by revisiting the area once the cooldown resets. For a single missing piece, the Avakot merchant sells it for 245 Dracs when stocked, which is often faster than waiting for spawn cycles.
