Tethren
Melee Bruiser
The melee bruiser pact. Rewards aggressive forward combat with stacking damage and crowd control. Preludes 15 Courage bruiser Pact: stacking melee damage with Fellust. Free Virtue per loadout since Virtue Lith removal.
Oscelda
Crowd Control + Support
The best starter pact for new players. Combines crowd control, healing, and damage in one flexible kit. Preludes 15 (Oscelda): Virtue is free per loadout (no Virtue Lith). Review Pact Arts renames before respeccing.
Sirin
Stealth Rogue
The stealth rogue pact. Rewards positioning, deception, and striking from the shadows. Preludes 15 Grace stealth Pact: Glamour repositioning and precision strikes. Starting Pact — unlock all Pacts at Tuvalkane after the tutorial.
Ode Tempest
Lightning Melee / S+ Tier
Currently the strongest pact in the game. Atmos Sphere provides near-total damage immunity while reflecting attacks. Requires substantial progression to unlock. Preludes 15 top-tier Courage Pact: Atmos Sphere grants near-immunity windows — verify balance each patch. Virtue respec is free per loadout in Arsenal → Virtues.
Mora's Hand
Fire Melee
A fire-focused melee pact built around igniting enemies and punishing their burns. Preludes 15 fire Courage Pact: strong burst and stagger tools for mid-game Agari. Pair with whole-weapon drops and Chordstone refinement at Tuvalkane.
Garren Rood
Life Drain + Command
A commanding spirit pact that drains enemy life to sustain allies and weakens foes before overwhelming them. Preludes 15 (Garren Rood): Virtue is free per loadout (no Virtue Lith). Review Pact Arts renames before respeccing.
Orengall
Pack Hunter
A pack-oriented spirit pact that grows stronger with allies nearby and can transform into a wolf for high-mobility finishers. Preludes 15 Grace wolf Pact: spirit summons and ranged pressure. Whole-weapon farms may roll Craftwork — preview drops before pickup.
Bromius
AOE Tank + Armor Steal
A nature-powered tank pact built around maximising armour and dealing heavy AOE damage. Gets significantly stronger after level 15.
Duelo
Duelist / Burst DPS
A fast-paced duelist pact built around Perfect Dodge mechanics, bleed procs, and ghost-clone burst. Added in Preludes 14. Preludes 15 duel Pact: parry-centric kit with Chamariz after perfect dodge. Virtue free per loadout — no Virtue Lith. Farm Once Blessed Joineries on Mestra Carmo rematches.
Wyld Tethren
