With 45 base ATK, 24 stagger, and a charged shot that can puncture through multiple enemies, it rewards skilled positioning. Farm weapon fragments from Flayed Reaper, Discharged Nimrod, or Gruul Seeker Ruthos — each foe drops fragments that can also appear in Cogah variant encounters. The Avex upgrade path runs through Thistle on pure Grace routes, then branches to Avex once Courage is invested. Forge 3 fragments at Tuvalkane with Knotwood and Sappheline. Alternatively, purchase directly from Avakot merchant for 240 Dracs. Compared to Blitzel (47 ATK, Grace-only), Avex trades 2 ATK for higher virtue flexibility and stronger charged shots.
