Rare Oscelda Magick staff requiring 18 Spirit with Grace co-attunement, 44 ATK, and 198 charged damage. Collect three fragments from 3-Star Tales offered by Alca's Children, Kith of Kings, or Silent Rose. Any one of the three faction Enclaves — Alca's Children, Kith of Kings, or Silent Rose — can supply all three fragments once their Votive reaches Tier 3, so players can commit to whichever faction track they're already running rather than juggling multiple reputations. Avakot also sells the weapon outright for 220 Dracs. Its 198 charged damage is among the highest of any Magick staff at this rarity tier, rewarding players who land fully-charged casts over spam-firing basic attacks.
