Seathorn
- Rare Oscelda Magick staff — Spirit and Grace attunement with an 18 Spirit gate, 44 ATK, and 198 charged damage
- Complete 3-Star Tales for Alca's Children, Kith of Kings, or Silent Rose to collect 3 fragments, then forge at Tuvalkane
- Upgrade from Gwylen for charged burst; compare The Erstroot or Basker's Wrest for other Spirit staff routes
Rare Oscelda Magick staff requiring 18 Spirit with Grace co-attunement, 44 ATK, and 198 charged damage. Collect three fragments from 3-Star Tales offered by Alca's Children, Kith of Kings, or Silent Rose. Any one of the three faction Enclaves — Alca's Children, Kith of Kings, or Silent Rose — can supply all three fragments once their Votive reaches Tier 3, so players can commit to whichever faction track they're already running rather than juggling multiple reputations. Avakot also sells the weapon outright for 220 Dracs. Its 198 charged damage is among the highest of any Magick staff at this rarity tier, rewarding players who land fully-charged casts over spam-firing basic attacks.
A witching-staff fresh from the Salz. Forged of driftwood and waldglass, this staff still smells of salt and sea. Crafted by a follower of Oro, Seathorn’s magicks lie in the tiny barnacles latched upon its orb. Old fables label these tiny living sea thorns as Oro’s countless lidless eyes. Do him proud, Envoy, for a seasage you shall be.
