Primary heal consumable — Preludes 15: percentage of max Life instantly, then heal-over-time until full (damage stops HoT). Best stock-up: chest loop in Dermak Undercity; cannot be brewed at Verminia. Basic and Dendrit chests across Glades and Ode camps back up the Undercity loop, and Avakot sells one for 200 Dracs when the main dungeon is on cooldown.

- Boss encounters and merchants are the most reliable Life Elixir source — stock from merchants between boss windows when you drop below 3.
- Container loot across all maps supplements elixir passively — you accumulate elixirs during any farming session without targeting them.
- Always stock 5 elixirs before Torment Stag, Cogah hard mode, or siege nights — mid-encounter shopping is not available and dying wastes the run.
