Source review: October 8, 2026. Patch summaries use captured Avakot Wiki transcriptions; dates are displayed source dates, not independently verified official timestamps. Official forum bodies returned HTTP 403. The patch index redirected to ancestralarmour.com with different branding, so it is corroboration only. Coverage ends at captured P16 Hotfix 4, not a claim that no later patch exists. This is not game-client verification or a complete list of every patch-note bullet.

Preludes are major numbered updates with new mechanics, quests, and gear. Hotfixes are smaller patches between Preludes, listed under each version page. When a Hotfix ships new weapons or armour, Digital Extremes sometimes calls it an Envoy Forge — mid-cycle drops to hunt before the next Preludes.
Named example: Preludes 13 Hotfix 5 shipped new gear as an Envoy Forge — confirm labels in-client and on official Soulframe forums.
