Source review, not client verification: earlier community catalog lists Sacred Shimmer at Enclave representatives for 5,000 Favour after Rank 3. Check current stock and gates before purchasing; crafting the target Enclave Talisman at Tuvalkane is its use, not another drop source. P16 confirms Favour terminology and Rank-grouped vendors, not a new price or cooldown.
