All Pacts in Soulframe and Their Skills
- This overview retains the P15 community roster and ability table; it is not a complete P16 client recheck.
- Choose a starter for its kit and Virtue fit; use Pact selection for historical recipe routes and current-prompt checks.
- Story and Enclave recipes have separate gates. Historical Bond 3 crafting advice does not mean every Pact is immediately craftable.
