How to Beat Wazzard of Wastes
Phase overview
Galvinar story boss — Pact stolen at start, weapons only. Parry orbs, shoot the tree fruit with Gwylen, AoE the swarm form.
Angriffe und Konter
| Attack | How to counter |
|---|---|
| Orb Attack | Dodge sideways or parry. |
| Beam of Light | Strafe continuously to stay out of beam. |
| Tree Form | Switch to ranged attacks during tree form phase. |
| Creature Transformation | Clear summoned creatures before refocusing on Wazzard. |
~3 phases
No Repeat Farm
One-time story kill for Wevetseed. Repeat farming: Wraith of Wastes (Sidae's Stake, ~30 min) for the disputed Wazzard's Wish fragment lead, Once Blessed Joineries, Feybalt joinery variants, and The Erstroot.
Tips
- Pact skills disabled at fight start — plan around weapon parries and dodges only
- Parry three orb volleys to reflect damage back into the caster
- Tree form: destroy the hanging fruit with ranged (Gwylen) to force human form
- Swarm form: melee cleave or Picktrix Powder / Trick of the Light for fast clears
- Beam attacks are dodge-only — cannot parry; punish after one or two beams
Recommended pacts
Recommended Pact: Bromius — Completing the Waste Bear arc unlocks Bromius — best follow-up for Galvinar farming
Recommended Pact: Sirin — Grace ranged covers tree-fruit and orb phases when Pact skills are stripped
Recommended stats
Ranged weapon mandatory for tree phase; parry-ready melee for orb and swarm cycles.
