Best route: open Collector Crates obtained during Operation: Hark, The Collector — this is the most reliable container source and shares the Garren Rood loot pool. Secondary target: farm the Vadagar Stag world boss, which is an community catalog-confirmed drop source for this piece. If you prefer a guaranteed acquisition, check the community catalog travelling merchant for a 245 Dracs purchase when the armour tab is stocked (qty 1 per rotation).
