Yes. Soulframe is an always-online action RPG: play solo or join co-op squads of up to three players for exploration, events, and world bosses.
Soulframe is built as an online action RPG with optional co-op. You can team with other players in shared spaces—exploring Midrath, tackling events, and coordinating around world bosses and siege-style content. Party size and matchmaking rules can change per patch; check the latest Devstream notes when a new Preludes drop ships. See our Soulframe vs Warframe comparison, plus our events and boss pages for current group content.
You are not forced into parties. Much of the campaign, exploration, and build testing can be done solo at your own pace—useful for learning parry timing, pact kits, and farming routes. Some activities may be tuned for groups or scale with more players; solo players should expect tougher checks on optional group content.
Soulframe requires a persistent internet connection—there is no offline mode. A stable broadband link is recommended for seamless co-op and live updates, similar to Warframe. Console versions have not been announced; PC Windows is the current platform for Preludes testing.
