How to Join Soulframe Preludes (Access & Keys)

Cannot launch Soulframe after signing up? This page sits before the Beginner's guide: how Preludes access works, where to get help, and why Soulframe Hub does not hand out keys.
What Preludes is
Preludes = Digital Extremes’ pre-alpha PC playtest. It is not the final game and systems change every patch (official FAQ).

How to get access (official only)
- Waitlist — register at soulframe.com; invites go out in waves.
- Founder packs — if you need instant entry, read the live storefront wording (not third-party resellers).
- Promotions — watch forums and Discord for Twitch or event drops.
There is no public 1.0 release date. Preludes continues until the studio is ready to widen access.
Install & launcher issues
- PC only during Preludes.
- Install Soulframe and Warframe in separate folders (support).
- Stuck on “Checking HTTPS Network Route” — look for a hidden install path dialog; allow Launcher.exe and Soulframe.x64.exe through firewall/AV.
