Preludes 15 rewrote the loot economy, so pre-P15 farming guides will steer you wrong. Historically, most one-star and two-star weapons began dropping fully built — whole weapons with Craftwork and Tempers, previewable on the ground before you pick them up. Stop farming fragments for common gear. Three-star weapons such as Marrow's Bane and Gathannan still follow fragments → craft at Tuvalkane; Purity drops whole from the Mendicant King and Reforges instantly. Virtue Lith was removed outright — virtues respec free per loadout in Arsenal → Virtues, so never farm liths again. This is P15 transition context, not a universal P16 star-tier rule; inspect each weapon's acquisition source and review date. Full summary: Preludes 15 notes.
1. Choose the material before the activity. P15 HF8 removed Moranite, Sappheline, River Pearls and Petrified Ichor from regular and Cogah Agari. P16 HF4 instead lists regional chest pools: Dermak for Moranite/Gossamer Quartz, Glades for Sappheline and overworld Dendrit for River Pearl. Resource-tier eligibility does not guarantee every named material. Agari remain separate mushroom and weapon leads; no P16 fastest route or hourly yield is established.
2. Crypt of the Circade (historical community route). Sarcophagi and the Pay Respects key reward remain older leads, not P16-confirmed rates, guaranteed shared mineral pools or a required key stock. P15 Hotfix 4 removed keys from dungeon Rare Chests; P16 HF4's Chordstone additions do not restore that key source. Consider Dermak's current Gossamer Quartz chest pool before spending a key. 3. Turret Jotar siege (~every 3 hours). Siege rewards feed the Lampyrite pipeline, and since Preludes 15 you can earn S-rank by completing objectives instead of wiping every enemy — skip the slog, hit the objectives, bank Lampyrites. Details: Turret Jotar siege.
P16 calls Enclave currency Favour, previously Standing; Rank gates vendor stock. Inspect the vendor's daily Favour cap and Rank categories. The captured notes do not establish a cap number, Envoy-Rank formula, reset time or turn-in exemption. Choose Reward selects one rank-up reward; a paid recipe is a separate purchase and still needs crafting. Older Ode Tempest price and Rank reports remain historical leads to confirm.
