How to craft in Soulframe (Preludes 15)

Crafting in Soulframe runs through Tuvalkane at your Nightfold forge. Jobs queue in real time — start a craft, then farm materials or run Crypts while the timer counts down. Use the craft timer tool to track multiple jobs.

Step 1 — Unlock Tuvalkane

You cannot craft until Ancestor Tuvalkane joins your Nightfold.

Step 2 — Gather crafting materials

What you need depends on the recipe:

Step 3 — Use the forge queue (Craft tab)

At the Nightfold forge, open Craft to build base gear:

1. Select a recipe (weapon, armour, or pact item).
2. Confirm materials and Dracs cost on the weapon or pact catalog page.
3. Start the job — it runs in real time (hours, not instant).
4. Queue a second job if slots allow; track timers in the craft timer tool.

Common blocker: pact recipes show but the button stays grey until Bond 3. Craft low-cost armour or weapons to push Bond — do not skip the forge after unlock.

Step 4 — Temper, Cast, and Refine

After Bond 1–2, the other tabs unlock endgame progression:

Temper and Refine are separate queues from base Craft — you can run a Craft job and a Refine job in parallel when slots are open.

Step 5 — Plan with the craft timer

Because jobs are real-time:

• Start a long Craft or Temper before a Crypt or Agari loop.
• Open craft timer to see remaining time across slots.
• Pair with farming routes so you return with mats ready for the next queue.
