Melee Courage focus. Wield the power of the Mora's Hand Pact. Learn about its Arcanics, Passives, and where to obtain it. This melee Courage route for the Mora's Hand Pact is aimed at solo play, overworld farming — not a single BiS list, but a practical loop you can adapt as you unlock weapons and runes. Arcanic timings and balance can shift between Preludes patches; confirm ranks, attunement, and recipes in-game before spending materials.

How to unlock the Pact

Craft Mora's Hand at Nightfold using 1 Pact Fragment, 55 Scrap Brass, 15 Sappheline, 50 Quenching Acid, and 5,000 Dracs (Bond 3; ~27h craft time).

Core Arcanics

• Ignus Wroth (courage) — Casts a field of flame on the ground that damages enemies within range.
• Ember (spirit) — When enemies hit you, unleashes a fire AoE attack around you. Passive retaliation.
• Inferno (grace) — Fires a fireball dealing massive Fire damage. Deals bonus damage to enemies already on fire.

Suggested loop (general)

1. Ignus Wroth on packed groups
2. Smolder / Inferno on burning priority targets
3. Ember punishes hits while you stand in the fire zone
4. Marrow's Bane melee between Ignus casts

Koga rotation (community)

• Keep Orbit Blades active at all times — enter fights with blades already spinning, dive into packs and let them chip while you melee.
• Core loop: Ember should stay on cooldown → target the toughest enemy with Inferno for armour reduction → when surrounded, pop Ignis Wroth for AoE clear.
• Hungry Flames provides a sustained damage buff (qualitatively strong), so play aggressive and kill before enemies can retaliate — this build has less raw tankiness than other Courage Pacts.
