How to Unlock Tuvalkane the Blacksmith
You need Tuvalkane in your Nightfold to craft weapons, armour, and Pacts.
Quest: The Steelsinger
- Explore east of the starting region to a crater camp.
- Clear enemies and loot the Moonsteel Helm at the centre.
- Follow your Sparrow to the nearby forge landmark.
- Complete the handoff — Tuvalkane moves to your Nightfold.

After unlock
- Use the forge queue — jobs run in real time (craft timer tool).
- Raise Bond by crafting anything; Bond 3 is required for Garren Rood and other pact items.
- Pair with beginner tips — craft early, craft often.
Common blockers
- Skipping dialogue with NPCs near the crater.
- Trying to craft a Pact before Bond 3.
- Forgetting to interact with the Nightfold forge station (not the field campfire).
