You are still on Preludes 14.5 in-game. Preludes 15: Gods & Ghosts has not launched. This page bridges farming routes (written for Fragments) and the Devstream 15 announcements so you do not throw away materials based on rumours.
Who should read this first
- Hoarding weapon Fragments before the patch — see Fragment section below.
- Wondering whether Oden & Tempering or runes will be wiped — wait for official migration notes.

Fragments before P15
Community question (Reddit/forums): “Should I keep crafting Fragments or stop farming?”
Public Devstream direction (not final rules):
- Most gear will drop as finished weapons with random Tempers.
- Fragments are phased out for most weapons; they may return for top-tier / Ancient gear later.
- Existing weapons map to Stock or Noble, then upgrade via the new refinement loop.
Do not mass-delete Fragments from a wiki. When P15 ships, read Digital Extremes patch notes first, then revisit farming routes.
