Where is Pigwen Skerry?

Pigwen Skerry is an island off the northeast coast of Midrath, accessible by swimming or using boat interactions near the shoreline. It is part of the Pigwen story chain and features a dedicated encounter with the Pigwen boss.

How to reach it

1. Travel to the northeast beach of Midrath (follow the shoreline east from the starting region).
2. Look for a boat or shallow-water crossing point — your Sparrow will path toward the island if you have an active Pigwen-related quest.
3. Swim across the channel or interact with the boat prompt. The swim takes roughly 30 seconds.
4. Once on the island, clear the Pigwen mobs guarding the central area before the boss spawns.

What is on Pigwen Skerry

• Pigwen encounter: A named boss fight that drops Pigwen-related crafting materials and weapons. Community reports suggest the boss drops Ode-themed weapons and pact fragments — verify drops in your client after each encounter.
• Treasure chests: Several hidden chests spawn around the island perimeter. Use Spectral Sight to reveal chest locations hidden behind rocks and foliage.
• Lore items: Pigwen Skerry contains Pigwen-related lore prompts that advance the faction story arc.

Farm strategy

Pigwen Skerry is not on a fixed respawn timer like Agari camps (30 min) or sieges (3 h). The encounter becomes available when your quest progression or faction standing triggers the Pigwen arc. Once unlocked:

• Pre-fight prep: Bring Lightning or Spirit resist consumables — the Pigwen boss uses AoE ground effects.
• Post-fight: Check the boss arena for chests that appear after the kill. These despawn on logout.
• Repeatable? Some community members report the encounter resets after a cooldown period; confirm in your client as this may change between Preludes patches.
