Soulframe Talismans — Index, Triune & Cogah Routes

Source review, not client verification: P16 Hotfix 4 says certain talismans “only drop from Common Chests”. The captured item page for Wazzard's Wish still lists Boss and Strongbox fragments. These sources disagree; the drop form and surviving routes remain unresolved.

Talismans are accessory items. Totems are a separate system: the P15 transcription lists crafted Talismans separately from Runes & Totems. Its Courage / Spirit / Grace weapon sockets, Rune and Smite effects, and old-Totem conversion to Harmony describe Totems, not a blanket rename or migration of Talismans. Quick answer — which talisman route?

• Wazzard's Wish: HF4 names Rovgot Ruins Common Chests. The item Wiki lists Wraith of Wastes and Ode Strongbox (Rovgot) fragments, with three fragments used to craft the talisman at Tuvalkane. This does not establish a whole-item chest drop or a current best farm.
• Triune Talisman: the older catalog records Festival of the Circade, three mural Pendants in Crypt of the Circade, and Tuvalkane assembly. The captured P16 sources do not independently confirm that route, repeatability or bonuses.
• Cogah relics: Grod and Creutair have existing item pages under unique, rather than the talisman category. Their older catalog lists Cogah foes; current drops, growth rules and optimal rotations need evidence.

P16 HF4 — Common Chest listings

Common Chest is a container class, not proof of Common item rarity. HF4 supplies neither a numerical drop rate nor a guaranteed named talisman per chest. It does not explain whether “only drop” covers fragments as well as finished accessories. Do not equate Ode Strongbox with Common Chest without evidence.

Existing catalog — all talisman entries

The existing coverage includes Triune Talisman and Wazzard's Wish in the talisman category, plus The Cogah Grod and The Cogah Creutair under unique. The talisman category filter therefore does not show every talisman described here.

Triune Talisman

The older catalog labels Triune Rare and records the Festival of the Circade quest, mural Pendants and Tuvalkane assembly. It also claims a one-time reward, no merchant and hybrid Virtue benefits. Those are legacy catalog claims, not independently confirmed by the captured P16 sources. Keep the quest and Circade relationships as research leads; do not assume that a related Boss directly drops the finished talisman.

Wazzard's Wish — accessory versus fragments

The captured item Wiki describes Wazzard's Wish as the crafted Talisman, rather than naming the accessory itself as a fragment. It labels the item Common, in conflict with the older catalog's Rare label, and lists Spirit +1, Physical Defence 1 and Magick Defence 2. These are Wiki-reported item attributes, not P16 client measurements or a guaranteed roll model.

Its acquisition section requires 3 fragments. Both Wraith of Wastes and Ode Strongbox (Rovgot) are explicitly marked Fragment sources used in crafting with Tuvalkane. HF4 separately names Rovgot Common Chests without specifying fragment versus whole-item form.

The same Wiki vendor table lists Wares of Zenith: 50 and Waste-wear (Bundle): 240, each with quantity 1. The captured text does not label the currency beside those prices. They must not be rewritten as two Avakot purchases costing Dracs; current currency, stock and bundle contents need confirmation.

Retain the Wraith of Wastes relationship as a disputed fragment lead. Neither that edge nor a Boss reward-table entry proves a currently obtainable whole accessory. The story encounter Wazzard of Wastes is a distinct encounter and is not established as this fragment source. No exclusive or fastest route is established.

The Cogah Grod

The legacy catalog labels Grod Rare / unique and lists Knell Knight (Cogah), The Mendicant King (Cogah), Thrice-bound Impidh (Cogah), and Wraith of Wastes (Cogah). Its description says the talisman grows “with each Agari felled by the Cogah”.

No independent Grod item snapshot is present in the captured source set. Retain these named sources as legacy leads, without treating Knell Knight as fastest or assuming an equip-before-kill requirement, growth amount, cap, or shared bell location.

The Cogah Creutair

The legacy catalog labels Creutair Rare / unique and lists Etheldred The Weaver (Cogah), Flayed Reaper (Cogah), Gourdo (Cogah), Kabocha (Cogah), and Seachnall The Widower (Cogah). It carries the same growth wording as Grod.

No independent Creutair item snapshot is present. Current drop eligibility, growth triggers and numerical effects remain unverified; the source list does not establish Weaver as a primary or highest-efficiency target. See Elite hunting for encounter context, rather than a proven talisman rotation.

Named rewards and gaps

• Preludes Honour Talisman: the P16 transcription says it was sent to Inventories for those “who've joined since our last reset”. It does not establish exact account cutoffs, repeat claims or attributes.
• Packblood's Tribute: the Wolfpup Wiki reports a reward for earning the 15th and final point from training, not merely allocating a point. Full accessory attributes and automatic summoning are not established.
• Both rewards are covered in the existing P16 guide; neither has a catalog item entity.
• The Cogah Lorcaan, Sproutfolk Seed, Medallion of Mora and Midnight Pendant were named in the earlier overview. They have no matching item entities or independent item snapshots in this evidence set. Their existence, acquisition and effects remain unconfirmed here.
• Enclave talismans: Sacred Shimmer is a crafting material, not another accessory. Faction switching covers that separate use; the captured sources do not establish a complete named accessory inventory.

FAQ

• Are Talismans renamed Totems? The captured P15 transcription treats them separately. Its Harmony conversion and Virtue socket rules concern Totems; they do not establish a blanket Talisman rename.
• Does HF4 guarantee a finished Wazzard's Wish? No drop form or guaranteed named drop is stated. The item Wiki still marks Boss and Strongbox drops as fragments.
• Should the old Boss relationship be deleted? Retain it as disputed evidence until the conflict is resolved. It is not a verified current farm.
• Which route is fastest? This evidence set provides no current efficiency comparison for these accessories.
