Talismans are neck-slot charms that passively boost Virtues (Courage, Spirit, Grace) or grant special effects. In older Preludes they were called Totems; the UI now says Talisman. This hub lists what we can verify in Preludes 15 and links deeper routes.

Ring the Cogah bells for hard-mode Agari drops. These scale with Cogah kills and are catalogued as unique gear:
Farm loop: Elite hunting (Cogah + 30 min Agari) · location table. Preludes 15: Cogah enemies start at level 50 and scale with party size — see Boss mechanics.
Many talismans come from Virtue pacts (Sproutfolk Seed, Medallion of Mora, Midnight Pendant after Circade, etc.). Fextralife and Avakot Gameplay describe the full gallery; we add item pages only after drop sources are verified.
Do not assume a wiki-only talisman exists in your client until you see it in inventory.
