How to Get Juniper (Preludes 15)
Music Shrines · Grace bow · P15
Quick Answer:
- Check Music Shrines (Warsong line) first — Juniper can drop as a fully built bow, skipping fragments entirely.
- No shrine drop? Fall back to the hidden chest route and Cogah Agari hard-mode kills for fragments — see Farming routes.
- Craft at Tuvalkane once you have enough fragments, then refine a good roll.
How to Get the Juniper Bow (Preludes 15)
Juniper is a Grace-attuned bow popular for Sirin and wolf-summoner Orengall builds. The title of this guide is legacy — in Preludes 15 the primary route is often a whole bow, not fragments.
Route 1 — Music Shrines (check first)
Preludes 15: Juniper frequently drops fully built from Music Shrines (Memories of Warsong). Preview Craftwork and Tempers on the ground before pickup.
- Clear shrine objectives in the Warsong line (follow Sparrow / map pins).
- If a whole Juniper drops, you may skip fragment farming entirely.
- Still verify after hotfixes —

Shrine route details
Music Shrines in the Warsong line are located in the northeast Glades region. The Sparrow will path to each shrine sequentially — hold sprint through Sparrow glide segments to shorten travel time between objectives. Each shrine has a short objective (defend, gather, or puzzle) followed by a loot chest with the Juniper drop chance. Chest loot resets per session, not per shrine: you can only pull from each shrine chest once per play session before needing a full relog or world reset. If a shrine objective fails (timer expires or enemies overrun the point), the chest still spawns but reward tier may downgrade.
Which route to run first
Music Shrines offer the faster path when RNG cooperates — a single Warsong Shrine clear can drop a full Juniper bow in under ten minutes, bypassing fragment counts entirely. Fragments are the certainty route: each Agari kill or hidden chest guarantees incremental progress toward a craft, even if total farm time is higher. Veteran players recommend starting every Juniper session with a quick shrine sweep before committing to fragment loops. If the shrine drops nothing after three attempts, pivot to Cogah Agari hard-mode and hidden chest routes for the night. Mixing both channels — shrines first, fragments as backup — balances speed against guaranteed progress.
Route 2 — Fragments (3★ fallback)
Use this when shrines do not pay out or you need a backup craft:
- Listed in Farming routes under weapon fragments: hidden chest route (Grace bow line).
- Use Spectral Sight in the named region — Sparrow often points to cliff or ruin chests.
- Competitor maps label it as a one-time or respawning chest; verify the exact cave in-client after patches.
- Cogah Agari hard-mode encounters also drop Juniper fragments — slot Agari runs between shrine attempts.
Craft steps
- Farm enough fragments for the recipe tier you want.
- Return to Tuvalkane in the Nightfold (Bond 3 if pairing with a new pact).
- Queue the craft — timers listed on our craft timer.
- Optional: Refine a good roll with Chordstones if the craft or drop has worth keeping.
Build recommendations
- Sirin Grace stealth build: Juniper's Grace scaling pairs with Sirin's stealth Arcanics for high burst from cover.
- Orengall wolf summoner: Juniper provides ranged coverage while Orengall's wolf companion tanks. The bow's Grace stat also boosts summon duration.
- Hybrid Spirit/Grace: Split Virtue investment between Spirit (for Juniper's arcane piercing) and Grace (for mobility and crit).
